Yoto unveils its biggest hardware update yet
Yoto, the screen-free audio platform for kids and winner of the King's Award for Enterprise 2025, has launched the Yoto Player 4th Gen (£119.99) and Yoto Mini 4th Gen (£89.99), its most significant update since the brand launched on Kickstarter in 2017. The headline feature is a new Green Button, giving children cardless, one-touch access to up to 20 of their favourite titles and playlists, alongside a faster processor, 64GB of storage (over 1,000 hours of offline audio), Wi-Fi 6 and a redesigned, more rugged Yoto Mini rated IP67 for splashes and dust. Both are available for pre-order now, with the Mini dispatching from 30 September and the Player from 15 October.

Treehouse Hotel London relaunches Madera and The Nest for autumn
Treehouse Hotel London (the Barry Sternlicht-backed hotel brand behind Baccarat and 1 Hotels) has refreshed its two rooftop spaces for September. Madera, London's only elevated Cali-Mexi dining destination under Executive Chef Max Castaldo (ex-Nobu, Sushisamba, The Lanesborough, Mandarin Oriental), now runs a new Family Fiesta Brunch, with children aged 4 to 10 taken off for 90 minutes of supervised games while parents linger over brunch; a Halloween edition lands 25 October. Nammos Resort AMAALA welcomes its first guests
One of the most anticipated luxury openings of the year: Nammos, the Mykonos beach-club brand turned global hospitality name, has opened its first destination resort at AMAALA on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast. The 110-room property (plus 20 Nammos Residences) brings the brand's Mediterranean energy to a new setting, with its signature restaurant on a private island reached by boardwalk, a dedicated children's programme, and a full spa and wellness offering. A strong "first in the region" story with real prestige attached, and further openings due in Sardinia, London, Montenegro, the Maldives and Egypt.
